Field work in: Mexico (Veracruz, Oaxaca, Yucatan Peninsula); United States (California; North Carolina, New York); Kenya Laboratory specialties: palynology, plant macrofossil analysis, charcoal, testate amoebae, isotopes (carbon, oxygen)
